We are working with this leading homeless charity to recruit an Direct Marketing Officer (Direct Dialogue) , you will manage the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across their portfolio of dialogue activity. You will be part of a fantastic and high performing programme, so they are looking for a confident campaign person with experience of training, to take this success further.
Project managing the day to day running of the charitys direct dialogue campaigns, making sure they are delivered on time and within budget, and proactively managing any under-performance as well as celebrating successes.
Developing and delivering training and engagement to all fundraisers, standardising materials and best practice to ensure the dedicated fundraisers stay inspired and up-to-date.
Working closely with an amazing team across housing and services directly working with homeless young people, to seek inspiration for our team, as well as feeding these into donor communications.
Monitoring campaign results and regularly analysing these and feeding back to stakeholders to ensure the charity receives a healthy return on investment.
Monitoring fundraising legislation, industry best practice and compliance and working to embed any adjustments across campaigns.
Demonstrable experience of working in a busy direct marketing environment, working to tight deadlines
Experience of training fundraisers
Proven experience of dialogue campaign management ideally including developing new creative approaches, and sourcing, managing, Negotiating and liaising with suppliers.
Experience of direct dialogue channels such as face-to-face fundraising.
