We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to join a new team and play a vital role in the development and delivery of the Supporter Engagement strategy, supporter journeys, retention and reactivation campaigns across a range of channels

The Supporter Engagement Officer will play a vital role in the development and delivery of the Supporter Engagement strategy, supporter journeys, retention and reactivation campaigns across a range of channels including direct mail, digital and telephone - with the aim of increasing value and engagement of supporters.
You will work with a number of agencies and external partners to create innovative and engaging campaigns and journeys
Management of direct mail and telemarketing campaigns within the supporter engagement programme working with various agencies, suppliers, internal stakeholders to deliver them and meet agreed objectives.
Working closely with the Digital and Communications teams to maximise the potential of digital and identify new and innovative opportunities to expand our digital reach.
Implement audience segmentation in content planning and across journeys and campaigns.
Working with internal services and external agencies to find engaging content and propositions that will feed into journeys, campaigns and the Supporter Engagement programme.
Demonstrable experience of working in a busy direct marketing environment, working to tight deadlines
Proven experience of DM campaign management ideally including
developing new creative approaches, and sourcing, managing,
negotiating and liaising with suppliers
Understand the value of audience insight and analysis.
