We are looking for a skilled Trust Manager to develop income for a crucial health charity.
A small health charity based in Bath who are offering very flexible/home working.
To support ambitious growth plans, the charity are seeking to grow and diversify income from trusts and foundations and secure more multi-year grant awards.
The Trust Manager is responsible for securing gifts from trusts and foundations by researching, developing and writing compelling funding bids and reports and building relationships with funders to secure sustainable income.
The postholder is responsible for the development and delivery of an annual plan to achieve a six-figure income budget and for monitoring and reporting on the trusts income pipeline.
Lead on high quality relationship building and proactive cultivation strategies with new and existing trusts and foundations including networking alongside the CEO, Directors, Trustees, and colleagues though regular communication, with the aim of optimising success rates and maximising the value and duration of support.
Track record of securing six figure gifts from Trust and Foundations.
