In this key contract role you will work across the Fundraising and Comms Department to lead the use of data and analysis to make decisions and solve problems.
Working for an international charity, this is a 6 month contract.
Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the department in relation to data discovery, analysis and insight
Enable a test & learn culture regarding the use of data and insight to enable effective decision-making and planning
Lead on strategic organisational projects to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of data collection, data quality, analysis and compliance.
Understands complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs
Manages hands-on and contributes to the roll out of organisational insight and KPI tools by interrogating our databases and creating visualisations and dashboards in Power BI
Lead on the delivery of stakeholder-focused reports and deliver major insights needed to assess and improve performance
Support the integration of the marketing selections process from idea to execution
Ability to independently identify and understand complex problems and provide solutions
Experience of delivering change in a marketing fundraising setting
Knowledge and understanding of change management projects and supporting complex organisations to achieve better use of data and insight
Ability to extract and interpret complex data from different sources and formulate insights
Has a solid understanding and can create insight reports and dashboards using technical tools like data warehouse solutions, SQL, Power BI and Faststats
Has an excellent grasp of and full commitment to data protection and compliance
