We are recruiting 2 Temporary HR administrators for a charity that builds the foundation of a healthier society. This role is involved with all aspects of the HR function for the Foundation and will be ideal for a highly organised, personable and adaptable individual with strong administration skills and an interest in people related matters.
The role can be remote or Hybrid based
General HR Administration
Handle general HR enquiries for staff team
Responsible for the HR filing system, ensuring all information is up to date and correct and troubleshooting where required
Create and run regular reports on the HR system and analyse these reports to highlight organisational insights
Ensure the Foundations policies are reviewed regularly and are relevant and up to date liaising with HR Managers as necessary.
Administer the monthly People meetings and ensure any actions are carried out in order to ensure the ongoing development of the People Strategy at the Foundation.
Administer the Foundation review cycles
Draft and send HR related letters
Work with hiring managers and HR Manager to plan recruitment campaigns
In conjunction with line managers and HR Manager , develop job descriptions and application packs, ensuring language used reflects our diverse and inclusive approach to recruitment
Place adverts online and liaise with recruitment agencies as necessary, ensuring the advert will reach diverse talent
Ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process follow our recruitment policies and procedures
Take responsibility for the administration of all staff training and induction sessions; scheduling, grouping cohorts, sending invitations.
Work with HR Manager s to develop suitable content.
Curate content on our online learning portal to support the organisation wide training themes and goals
Experience of HR Administration
