We are looking for an experienced community fundraiser, excellent at inspiring external audiences and supporting them to raise money or to buy into existing fundraising products.

The Charity: A forward thinking health charity offering home working and regular team meet ups across the country.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing on and offline communities to engage with the organisation in traditional community fundraising ways but also developing community as an important channel to market existing fundraising products.
You will work with the flagship UK-wide service to help recruit an army of volunteers who are delivering the services and identifying and training those who will fundraise.
Whilst there are elements of traditional face to face community fundraising, you will be well versed in how to maximise online tactics to grow a new online community of fundraisers.
Using insights gained from an analysis of our database as well as your knowledge of the market place you will quickly be able to identify areas for growth.
Collaboration across the organisation to deliver our strategy and tactics is key and as a natural networker, you will build strong internal relationships at all levels to support the delivery of other teams, for example staff in companies, event participants, campaigns and individual giving and secure their support to deliver your own persona targets.
