We are working with this inspiring international charity that provides life-saving emergency relief and longer-term medical care to some of the most vulnerable and excluded communities around the world. Working in the Individual Giving team you will be responsible for managing and developing the stewardship programme.
Manage and develop the donor stewardship programme to increase donor loyalty from supporters giving up to 10k
Sourcing and developing content from field staff, overseeing the creative development, from brief, production through to printing and implementing and monitoring the fulfilment processes
Work closely with the managers of each campaign to ensure bespoke and effective thanking is implemented, content is appropriate, and the ongoing journey is thought through and designed accordingly
Work closely with third parties to manage and improve thanking processes, producing bespoke communications
Work closely with the digital team to ensure content is accurate and thanking messages are consistent on and offline.
Support the legacy consultant with administrative tasks and provide regular reports to monitor legacy marketing activities
Experience working in the UK charity sector, in a fundraising capacity, and/or direct marketing with responsibility for customer relationships.
Self-starter who has the confidence to introduce ideas and provide support across a wide range of projects.
Experience in project management.
Excellent planning skills with an ability to carry out different tasks simultaneously and prioritise time and resources accordingly.
Experience in relationship management and liaising with external suppliers.
Confident interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts
