We are recruiting for an nterim Recruitment Manager , for a high profile Charity which is the UKs largest provider of specialist services for victims of all forms of gender-based violence. You will be responsible for management of the recruitment to all operations roles, as well as for ensuring that our overall approach to recruitment is effective.

FTC until end of September 2022 and Hybrid

The Role
Undertaking a review of our recruitment processes and documentation, including the recruitment policy, ensuring this is fit for purpose, user friendly and helps to position us as an employer of choice.
Reviewing our approach to advertising to ensure that we achieve value for money as well as attract a diverse range of candidates.
Lead the management and delivery of all operational recruitment, identifying opportunities for volume recruitment which provide economies of scale, and helping to fill post with high quality candidates efficiently and effectively.
Advising managers and HR colleagues on recruitment good practice.
Providing training and briefing sessions to HR colleagues and managers to ensure that they have a good understanding of the recruitment processes.
Working with the HR system and Information Manager to improve our use of the e-recruitment system (CIPHR i-Recruit) and our ability to analyse and report on data.
Analyse and report on recruitment data, including using this as the evidence base for improving our approach.

The Candidate
Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role including of working with managers and HR colleagues to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
Experience of reviewing recruitment policy and documentation.
The confidence and ability to deliver training and briefing sessions to colleagues
Outcome focussed with the ability to demonstrably make a difference
Strong customer focus skills with the ability to manage expectations as well as provide positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of the candidate.
Ability to lead, motivate and manage others to deliver high performance.
Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability develop effective working relationships and inspire confidence from people at all levels throughout the organisation.
Strong influencing skills, with experience of negotiating and working collaboratively across a complex organisation to achieve and deliver results.
Strong IT skills and the ability to be self-sufficient.
