Working for this social welfare charity you will be responsible for supporting the Data & Appeals Manager in the daily management of the supporter and contact database to meet the needs of the organisation.
Assist in the maintenance and management of Raisers Edge database.
Provide training and advice to employees on correct database access and usage.
Working with the Finance Team, reconcile and process donations from various sources
Run routine processes according to a set schedule, such as direct debit claims and gift aid claims
Undertake routine data entry and, following proper procedures, ensure that information is accurately entered Extract data on request from NXT Raisers Edge for planned warm appeals
Skills in using CRM (preferably Raisers Edge - desirable), Microsoft office (Excel and Word)
Experience in running targeted queries, including exporting of relevant data for direct mail appeals and reports.
Experience of cleaning and interrogating data importing of clean data into Raisers edge
Will spend a significant amount of time on data entry tasks, so should be proficient in data entry processes and understand best practices
