We are recruiting a team administrator for a well established social welfare charity ,You need a strong administrative background, able to manage projects , dealt with financial data and ideally from a grant giving organisation.
This role is a maternity cover for 9 months and Hybrid working
To provide high quality administration to the Director of Regional Engagement and the wider team
To process all payments awarded via the Grants Programme
To promote a culture of monitoring and evaluation across the charity
To provide support to the Director and wider team for specific programmes and projects
Substantial experience in a busy administrative role
Ability to manage a series of projects simultaneously, often reacting quickly to ad hoc requests whilst maintaining a structured work programme.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of WordPress editor and Raisers Edge would be an advantage
Ability to understand and process financial information such as budgets and forecasts, preparing reports accordingly
Ability to keep on top of personal and departmental administration
Able to show initiative and work under limited supervision
