Are you a good listener ? We are recruiting for a staff experience officer for an independent staff liaison organisation , you will be covering Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh area , this role is a 12-month contract.

The Role
To liaise with all staff who leave the organisation through resignation or retirement to carry out an exit interview survey.
To accurately record reason for leaving and staff experience.
To identify issues of concern and escalate promptly to the appropriate person.
Produce Monthly reports showing attrition rates, and reasons for leaving, by department, banding, and job type.
Produce 6 monthly and annual reports identifying trends and providing observations on risks to the organisation and recommendations to address major concerns.

The Candidate
Experience in communicating at all levels of staff from all disciplines and/or grades.
Experience of recording, analysing, and reporting on data accurately in accordance with the expectations of the client.
Proven experience of dealing sensitively with difficult issues, to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality as appropriate
Basic knowledge of Employment Law, the Equality Act and data protection is desirable.
Experience with using online video conferencing is desirable.
