We are recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator for a lovely hospice, you will need experience in HR administration , employee lifecycle , recruitment , numerate and report writing
Hybrid Working - 1 or 2 days from home
The post holder should develop a good operational knowledge of the departments teams and services within their constituency in order to fully partner the managers.
Responsible for operational HR and partnering with the managers in their constituency in and be the first point of contact on all routine HR matters for designated business areas
supporting recruitment and administration activities, including HR systems
To be the on-going point of contact for recruiting managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, advising on timescales, interview panels and process.
To ensure managers feel supported whilst completing recruitment related paperwork.
Draft and strategically publish effective and attractive adverts to relevant boards.
To organise and coordinate interviews and tests ensuring recruiting managers feel supported
To manage and administer the professional qualification and DBS renewal process to ensure compliance does not drop below 100%.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the HR Portal and Deputy Rota management system by ensuring information is updated in a timely manner.
Demonstrate evidence of method that is used to keep employment law knowledge up to date
Experience in an HR Administrative environment
The ability to own the all admin aspects of the employee lifecycle independently.
Sound numeracy skills, able to produce statistics and payroll information
CIPD Qualified or working towards /willing to work towards qualification and with significant experience as an HR Assistant sufficient to take on responsibility for a constituent group of departments teams or services.
Able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, sensitivity, diplomacy and tact.
IT literate and a competent user of MS Office suite of packages and with working knowledge of using databases and experience of accurate data input.
