You will lead on the development and implementation of a variety of fundraising products and activities to maximise income from key target audiences within our Community Fundraising programme, and to lead delivery of third party challenge events programme.

The role will be covering maternity leave and can be remote or hybrid.

The Role
Support the Head of Community & Events to develop the overall strategy for the Community Fundraising Programme
Develop and manage delivery of a range of fundraising events and products,
Take an audience led approach, using innovation techniques to identify areas of interest to supporters
Oversee delivery of the challenge events programme
Develop and manage expenditure budgets for specific activities as agreed with the Head of Community & Events.
Manage and develop effective and innovative communication, marketing digital and social marketing plans for all activities to increase recruitment across Community Fundraising programme.

The Candidate
Experience of fundraising product and activity development, using innovation techniques where appropriate
Experience of growing fundraising income from sponsorship-based fundraising activities such as community based activities and running & challenge events
Experience of project management, over a diverse product range including managing income and expenditure budgets
Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
Experience of fundraising at a community level including DIY fundraising, challenge events and small business fundraising.
