We are looking for a Senior Community Fundraiser in Northern Ireland to lead one fundraiser to identify and secure new supporters to deliver ambitious plans for income growth.

This is a home based role with a 3k annual car allowance as well as broadband allowance.

The Role
Develop, implement & monitor regional fundraising plan & budgets.

Managing a community fundraisers performance and development, through regular feedback,supervision, supporting learning and the Performance development review process.

Planning and allocating work, monitoring achievement of deadlines, and supporting staff as appropriate.

Supporting the work of the community fundraiser to implement business plans and contribute to the achievement of the charitys strategic aims and priorities.

Research & identify opportunities for working with local companies and secure an agreed number of partnerships.

Establish new local support through community service groups and organisations such as Rotary, and other local fundraising charities.

Develop a pipeline of new fundraising prospects and schedule approaches to maximise income.

Support, inspire and encourage high value community fundraisers, implementing supporter journeys to encourage repeat involvement and increased fundraising.

Recruit and manage volunteers to deliver key fundraising projects.

Lead and implement project planning, management and evaluation on agreed Community Fundraising Products on behalf of the wider Community Fundraising team.

The Candidate
Proven planning and project management experience .

Proven record of successful income generation from either the voluntary sector or able to demonstrate transferable skills from the commercial sector.

Proven record of identifying, establishing and retaining new fundraising partners, supporters and fundraising groups/committees.

Writing successful proposals and bids.

Leading and managing projects.

Training and developing volunteers.

A proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of comparable size and complexity, to deliver high quality results to deadlines.

Experience of developing, communicating and implementing business plans.
