We have two exciting events roles with an inspiring health charity, one is a 6-9 month fixed term contract, with a with a focus on volunteer recruitment and the other is permanent events coordinator to work on a variety of portfolio of challenge events.
These roles are based in the Surrey office.
The Charity
A passionate charity, dedicated to raising awareness and supporting people with managing their health and well being.
You will be joining an enthusiastic organisation, known for its supportive and inclusive working culture, offering 25 days annual leave with additional time over Christmas.
The Role
Ensure supporters are made to feel welcomed and cared for by the charity.
Contact organisations who have previously provided groups of volunteers to re-establish the relationship and encourage them to do so again.
Source new organisations and companies who would be interested in incorporating the cause into their charitable responsibility programmes.
Supporting the Head of Events and CEO in co-ordinating the logistics of well known large events, while also supporting and helping with aspects of other smaller events as required.
Attending and eventually leading at events and challenges as required.
The Candidate
1-2 years experience of working within the events industry(events role only).
Proven ability to manage systems and processes.
Strong administration experience.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
