Major Donor Manager

We are looking for a Major Donor Manager who is able to bring structured planning and strong relationship management to develop and deliver a major donor programme.

This is a Hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office.

The Role
Lead on mid-value and major donor fundraising across the organisation.

Develop engagement, cultivation and stewardship strategies to secure funding from existing and prospective high net-worth individuals.

Work closely with internal teams to understand funding needs and develop compelling cases for support.

Line manage the Fundraising Officer.

The Candidate
Strong experience in a fundraising or business development team.

Experience of securing 5 and 6 figure gifts from high net-worth individuals in the charitable sector or similar experience gained in the commercial sector.

Experience of working with Trustee boards, senior volunteers and/or development committees to secure funding.
