An exciting opportunity has come up with a leading international development faith based organisation that is looking to bring on board a new Head of Supporter Experience to lead the team to develop and deliver a rich and fulfilling supporter journey.

The Role

You will lead the supporter experience team of around 50 people and deliver a rich experience that will increase income from the organisations supporters in order to impact for the lives of the worlds most vulnerable people in the world. What makes this role even more exciting is coming in to the organisation at a senior level and helping to develop and implement a five-year plan that can transform the lives of people around the world.

Lead a high performing Supporter Experience team, developing a strong leadership team, a culture of exceptional fundraising and growing talented fundraisers.
Implement the organisations strategy to deliver an experience that exceeds supporter expectations.
Maximise retention of existing supporters and grow the long term value of the supporter base.
Deliver financial appeals and non-financial campaigns that reach agreed targets.
Consistently deliver high quality and responsive supporter service.
Embed innovation and new product development to develop strong fundraising propositions.

The Candidate

Passionate about applying your Christian faith
An empowering and influential leader with a proven background in marketing and fundraising
Strong direct marketing skills and understanding of the drivers of retention
Proficient in analysing data to shape strategy and decisions
Use of data and intuition to develop products and experiences that delight customers
Experienced in managing agencies, call centres and mailing houses
