We are recruiting for a Temporary HR Advisor for a high profile health charity , immediate start !
This role will manage recruitment and selection processes for their directorate(s) including
Developing and reviewing engaging adverts and job descriptions
Building and sustaining credible and trusting relationships with staff and line managers to provide recruitment guidance as and when needed
Ensuring candidates receive a positive and consistent experience throughout the recruitment process
This role will manage the onboarding and induction processes for their directorate(s) including
Processing and issuing offer letters and contracts of employment with the support of the HR Assistant
Ensuring we manage risk effectively by following rigorous pre-employment checks for all prospective employees
This role will support their Business Partner on all people related activities in their directorates including
Ensuring our people related policies and processes are appropriately communicated and implemented
Offering first line advice and guidance on employee relations issues to both line managers and employees
This role will manage pay and systems processes for their directorate including
Work with the HR Advisor (Reward & Systems) to ensure 2018 annual leave entitlement is accurate
Ensure monthly payroll submission accurately captures all information from your directorates
Ensure iAccess (our HRIS) is an accurate source of information for your directorates
Support on the organisation wide pay review for 2018
Providing HR advice and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders
Managing end to end recruitment processes
Working in a similar role for a considerable period of time
Working with an HRIS such as Cascade
