Working closely with the Head of Fundraising to be responsible for a variety of fundraising and income generation tasks; to highlight any potential tender opportunities and see them through to submission and to provide analytical expertise which supports income generating opportunities.

Manage the checking of tender portals on a daily basis, as well as the daily tracker email, to identify potential opportunities and circulating these to the relevant departments.
Coordinate and provide ongoing support for all tenders until submission - including entering boiler plate information, ensuring compliance with funder specifications, and coordinate meetings to support the bid governance process.
Undertake regular prospecting to identify potential funders and align them with organisational objectives
Be responsible for the upkeep of the fundraising information on shared folders and Salesforce that the whole organisation can access.
Provide support through various IT packages to produce project plans as well as formatting bids to align with house brand styles where appropriate.
Manage the bid pipeline on Excel and ensure accurate record keeping for funders on Salesforce
Support the Head of Fundraising in daily tasks such as administrating legacy donations, coordinating funder communications, managing the online fundraising portals and having oversight of fundraising folders
Act as a liaison between fundraising and the rest of the organisation responding to queries, coordinating bids, ensuring all pipeline information is up to date and scaffolding the bid writing process
Experience of researching and identifying a range of successful fundraising opportunities
Proven experience of coordinating and/or writing quality proposals and applications ensuring compliance and with demonstrable success
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to plan, prioritise, achieve targets and deliver to deadlines
Good interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills
Resourceful, with the ability to work independently as well as being part of the Fundraising Team
