Develop, implement and monitor the corporate development strategy and plan of action
Responsible for the corporate budget and for meeting financial objectives
Lead, inspire and motivate a team of 2 senior staff and volunteers
Develop, monitor and deliver a pro-active new business strategy aiming at generating new partnerships in the work of Ac
Develop, monitor and deliver a pro-active strategy aiming at enhancing corporate partnerships and involving corporate partners, their employees and customers in the work of the charity
Ensure that all existing partnerships are receiving a high standard of account management, maximising all opportunities to raise further funds and awareness of the charity
Substantial knowledge and experience of delivering significant income growth and generating new business
Experience of conceiving, implementing and monitoring a multi-year fundraising strategy
A track record of success in creating and delivering against agreed implementation plans and budgets
Ability to conceive and implement comprehensive innovative marketing and promotional packages and fundraising products
Knowledge and experience of cause related marketing and sponsorship
Knowledge and experience of employee-based partnerships
Knowledge and experience in the management of supporter relationships in a target-driven environment
Experienced team leader and line manager
