Great opportunity to join this young peoples charity. Focussing on strategic partnerships in the Financial sector you will have a proven track record of securing new business. This is a maternity cover for 12 months, ideally to start in February.
Lead on developing strategic partnerships within the Financial Services sector.
Lead on securing income from all available / relevant income streams within sectors; donations, sponsorship, gift in kind, employee fundraising, commercial activities, customer engagement and Charity of the Year
Develop high quality, bespoke, creative presentations and proposals and partnership agreements, understanding the needs of the target audience.
Work develop and maximise relationships with senior business volunteers and cultivating their business connections to raise the profile of the charity and funds leveraged through the group.
Keep abreast of relevant programme activity, developments and priorities in order to effectively support and add value to potential new business partnerships within Financial Services and other sectors.
Oversee an effective communication plan across relevant sectors in order to maximise empathy with our cause and engagement with our work in the sector.
Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrable experience in a relevant fundraising, charity or sales and marketing environment
Experience of pitching for large charity of the year and multifaceted partnerships of 500,000 or more in value
Experience in managing programme-based partnerships and of engaging employees in a charity partnership.
Experience of managing a portfolio of activities in a target-driven environment
Experience in customer service and/or client relationship management
Self-motivated and able to work well both as an individual and as part of a team.
A completer finisher, able to see the job through.
