The Company A leading UK education and health based institution
Work with the Head of Events, Community and Corporate to develop and implement an ambitious strategy that supports an increase in levels of net income in excess of 1,000,000 through sports, social and income-generating special events.
Recruit, develop and performance-manage the Events Fundraising co-ordinators, the Events Fundraising Developer, the Special Events Fundraiser and other fundraisers as appropriate.
Lead the team in a new phase of product development and innovation
Oversee the delivery of a range of bespoke special events
Develop relationships with key stakeholders
Work closely with senior managers across the department
Experience of managing and delivering a broad variety of marketing and events activities from conception to completion, and of measuring and analysing results to ensure continuous improvement
Excellent relationship manager with the capacity to build outstanding internal and external relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Experience of developing strategy and budgets to ensure events and projects meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload and work on several different projects at once
