We have a fantastic opportunity for a multi-talented fundraiser to join a forward thinking Social Enterprise where your skills and experience will play a pivotal role in supporting the Fundraising Manager in developing and implementing a fundraising strategy, incorporating trust and foundations, corporate, major donors, individual giving and events.

The Role
Work with the Fundraising Manager to implement the fundraising strategy to develop and secure income from a range of income streams with trusts and foundations currently bringing in c40% of income.
Complete funding applications to charitable trusts and foundations to secure income.
Manage the database of trust applications and report deadlines, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
Search for new potential funders to expand our range of charitable donors.
Liaise with project teams to gather and analyse data regarding outcomes for projects that have been previously funded
In collaboration with colleagues in the Fundraising and Communication teams, develop and implement a series of fundraising and communications events to raise awareness of the organisation and generate income

The Candidate
Experience of securing voluntary funding from a wide range of income sources for a complex and growing organisation.
Experience of organising and implementing organisational events for donors and wider audiences.
Experience of writing reports to charitable trusts and foundations.
Experience of working across teams to ensure that that the needs of the Fundraising Team and wider organisation are being met across the organisation.
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and the ability to explain and summarise complex issues in an understandable and approachable manner.
Experience in at least one of the following income streams - trust and foundations, corporate, major donors, individual giving and events
