This role will focus on supporting intranet editors to take responsibility for their own areas, developing governance, reviewing content, ensuring data protection policies are applied to the site and managing the structure of the site. The charity are looking for someone asap for 6 months.
The Company Leading health charity
Producing a draft intranet governance proposal and start implementation (which would include how permissions are streamlined)
Carrying out a review of the iknow pages to identify any which contain personal or sensitive data
Setting up a project to identify owners for each iknow page and
Supporting identified owners to make sure their pages are up to date and structured as effectively as possible and are engaging, data protection compliant and have the correct permissions
Provide training for editors and deal with adhoc queries.
Can make suggestions about what can be improved on the site.
Build relationships with others to improve the intranet in partnership with other teams
Use SharePoint with high level of technical expertise
Project management demonstrate sound project management principles
Able to translate technical jargon into everyday language
Enthusiastic about the intranet and able to persuade others of the benefits
Well organised with close attention to detail
