Significantly grow and maximise unrestricted individual giving income.
Lead the development and implementation of donor acquisition, development and retention
Together with campaigns staff, to develop and implement integrated campaigns to recruit and engage supporters
With the Head of Fundraising, develop an annual and three-year activity plan and budgets to recruit and retain donors.
With the Head of Fundraising and Senior Communications and Campaigns Officer, develop and implement integrated campaigns to recruit and engage supporters, primarily through digital activity and develop donors through direct marketing activity.
Manage recruitment, retention and development programmes within the agreed expenditure levels to meet the forecasted income targets.
Develop and deliver engaging donor journeys, including working with colleagues to develop compelling messages and assets.
Work with other teams to maximise the use of warm prospects to develop supporter journeys and generate income, including producing copy for the charitys newsletter, member communications, etc, updates on Facebook, other social media platforms and website.
Produce end of campaign and regular reports, reviewing results and making recommendations for future activity.
Develop and provide materials for supporters wishing to take part in fundraising events and community groups raising funds for the charity.
Using the charitys new CRM, Sugar, perform mailing selections, data exports and reports as required for all fundraising activity and reporting.
To brief and liaise with external suppliers to produce fundraising materials, reviewing and arranging approval from key staff and proofreading copy and design work ready for print.
A minimum of two years experience in individual giving.
Experience of successfully delivering on financial targets.
Experience of digital fundraising.
Experience of using a database or CRM system effectively.
Planning fundraising activity and integrated campaigns and analysing results
Experience of preparing financial reports.
Ensuring accurate and effective fundraising administration.
