In this newly created role you will lead on the development and support the delivery of compelling funding propositions for corporate partners and high net with individuals. You will be able to work collaboratively across teams and have strong project management skills as well as fundraising experience.

Work collaboratively with Childrens Services colleagues, including regional director level, to scope and develop new propositions aligned to priority growth areas.
Work with colleagues to identify current and future programme funding gaps and match with prospective funders.
Filter what is an appealing proposition for funders, ensuring all necessary elements of the programme, reporting and analysis are in place.
Harness support from our Brand Marketing team to ensure Fundraising colleagues are equipped with sufficient evidence, case studies, quotes, photos etc. so they can engage funders in compelling way.
In conjunction with colleagues, analyse current programmes and our prospective supporters to identify which have scope for expansion and growth.
Develop a programme sign-off process for regional directors to ensure they are supportive and committed to the successful delivery of the propositions within their regions.
Strong ability to understand needs of children and childrens services
Robust understanding of grant management and programme funding
Ability to understand and shape compelling propositions for High Net Worth and Corporate funders
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship skills with gravitas to influence at a director level
Highly collaborative, with an ability to develop and maintain effective working relations at all levels
Ability to understand and present complex issues and solutions succinctly and confidently to colleagues at senior levels
Numerate, with ability to present information in an accessible format tailored to the needs of senior internal and senior external audiences
