we are recruiting for a temporary community Fundraising Assistant for a social welfare charity , immediate start
Act as the first point of contact for supporters undertaking community fundraising activities providing excellent supporter care.
Support the regional fundraising team to develop and implement a plan to grow income, at agreed ROI, in line with the organisations regional fundraising strategy.
Achieve/surpass fundraising targets.
Assist the team to project manage and promote regional fundraising events and community activities to identified target audiences, as required.
Recruit, manage and develop volunteer fundraisers to support achievement of targets.
Retain and develop supporters via implementation of effective supporter journeys.
Work collaboratively with fundraising and operations colleagues to develop the Case for Support for the organisation in the regions, to identify and build networks and to maximise income.
Work closely with regional marcomms colleagues to increase awareness and understanding
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and databases
Knowledge of fundraising practice
Experience and knowledge of databases
Experience of using Raisers
