Develop and implement the fundraising strategy in order to maximise our revenue and innovation across existing and potential new income streams.
Manage the delivery of all fundraising activities, establishing and implementing clear, creative action plans with achievable targets.
Specifically manage Individual Giving Manager and oversee supporter acquisition activity, to ensure maximum return on investment and effective management of related risks.
Specifically manage the Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, supporting them and working with the Chief Executive to identify and to develop successful relationships with potential donors and corporate partners.
Implement Refugee Actions brand story consistently and effectively across all our channels.
Oversee the delivery of an innovative and integrated digital strategy, maximising reach and conversions.
Report on fundraising activity (income and expenditure) to the SLT and Trustees and recommend action as needed.
Strong track record in planning and delivering fundraising strategies, resulting in uplift in voluntary income and maximum return on investment.
Knowledge and experience in acquiring, retaining and upgrading committed and cash donors through a range of channels and techniques.
Experience of identifying and cultivating major donors and corporate fundraising prospects.
Ability to implement engaging digital strategies to reach and convert supporters across a range of different platforms.
Excellent strategic and project planning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire staff, supporters and volunteers.
