Are you a data enthusiast, highly organised and with a track record working with CRM and delivering data analysis for fundraising? We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and reputable charities as their new Senior CRM Data Import & Processing Officer.

The Charity
The UKs largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people. Since 2008, the international development programmes have supported over 23,000 children in school and over 26,000 disabled adults into employment across Africa and Asia.

The Role
In this role, you will ensure that Fundraising, Campaigning and other teams have the information they need in order to reach the Charitys goals by ensuring that the CRM system contains timely, robust and accurate transactional data.

Key Responsibilities
Execute bulk data imports onto the CRM.
Create new records individually when more appropriate.
Improve and streamline data flows, creating and standardising data import tools to prompt import into the CRM.
Work in collaboration with other functions to capture requirements for ad hoc data collection, ensuring data consistency and compliance with fundraising standards.
Ensure that Gift Aid gets consistently captured within the CRM.
Create queries and run reports mainly for income analysis and reconciling purposes.
Trouble-shooting any problems with datasets.
Contribute to data cleansing, deduplication and merging data.
Responsible for donation processing, including Direct Debits, Standing Orders, In Memory Donations, Legacy and Gift Aid.
Set up letter templates through the CRM.


The Candidate
To have significant experience with CRMs (ideally Microsoft Dynamics and/or Raisers Edge) and fundraising technologies (for example, First Class)
To have experience improving data flows and processes.
To have prior experience of data manipulation and reporting using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
To have experience working in a Fundraising environment.
To have experience working in collaboration with Finance is an advantage.
To have experience creating documentation and technical guidelines.
