Are you a dynamic self starter with experience delivering a range of corporate partnerships and a track of exceeding targets? This is a great chance to led a team during a period of growth. This is a maternity cover role to start in October

The Role
Lead a team of four (2 Senior Account Managers, 1 Account Executive and 1 Corporate team Assistant) to deliver 812,000 in income
Oversee the strategic development of partnerships, ensuring that all opportunities are maximised, development plans are in place and partnerships are retained, extended and grown.
Support the Account Managers in spotting opportunities, influencing, pitching to and negotiating with their partners, where new opportunities are identified.
Implement and refine, as needed, the account management strategy.
Manage the account management budget including budget setting, monthly reporting and regular re-forecasting. Identify and deal with any partnership under-performance effectively, in collaboration with the team.
Keep abreast of sector developments which may provide risks and opportunities for the team, notably in matters of compliance and the law.


The Candidate
A strong understanding of all types of corporate partnerships, the Third sector, and the commercial world, as well as the regulations within which they function.
A track-record of exceeding targets and delivering income growth across all types of corporate partnerships and sectors (including extending partnerships, introducing new income streams, over-performance on income targets, and tackling underperformance).
Knowledge of sales techniques, and experience of successfully completing sales cycles from initial opportunity spotting to negotiating and closing the deal.
Experience of accurately managing budgets and financial forecasts.
Commercially astute with the ability to spot opportunities and use sales techniques to upgrade existing partnerships
