There is an exciting opportunity with a leading national charity for a Marketing Manager to deliver multi-channel campaigns for legacy and in-memory giving. Were looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to develop and deliver impactful, successful campaigns within the Marketing team.

Legacy and in-memory giving are both key areas for the charity, making a vital difference to their lifesaving work. Indeed, gifts left to the charity in Wills fund 60% of the charitys voluntary income and so are extremely important to the organisation. You will play a vital role in implement strong, creative and effective marketing campaign plans in line with the marketing strategy ensuring that attention, behaviour change, and engagement is generated cost effectively and sustainably in line with KPIs.
Support the Senior Marketing Manager to develop integrated, multi-channel marketing campaign plans to meet the project requirements
Deliver high level projects with full end to end accountability for the budget, stakeholder engagement, creative development, delivery and evaluation demonstrating direct impact to moving the marketing strategy forward
Brief and develop creative concepts in line with brand and tone of voice
Brief and manage channel requirements for delivery (media, digital, face to face etc.)
Project manages all campaigns from inception to delivery, including the simultaneous management of multiple projects
Manage and engage and working a vast range of agencies / suppliers both internally and externally to ensure the maximum input and best output
Coordinate and liaise with other departments as necessary ensuring all campaigns are developed as per the marketing process
Essential skills for this role include impeccable communications skills, exceptional stakeholder management and personal resilience. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships with other teams and multiple stakeholders, demonstrate you can work in a constantly changing environment and be passionate about creating meaningful change for the charitys marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable experience of implementing multi-channel campaign plans either in marketing and / or fundraising
Substantial knowledge of campaign planning processes and different multi-channel media
Relevant and up to date knowledge of marketing developments and best practice
Strong project management skills and experience
Experience of managing relationships with creative / media agencies as well as project management and budget management
Experience of managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships
