Great opportunity to join this leading human rights charity on an 18 month contract. You will be responsible for supporting the management of existing Statutory and Institutional Grants
Support the Trust and Statutory Fundraiser in securing significant income from large, UK based Statutory and Institutional funders
Support the Trust and Statutory Fundraiser in increasing the number of Statutory and Institutional funding applications being made by the charity
Contribute to both the development of the programme through liaison with colleagues
Support the development of the proposal documents including complex budgets and logframes where required.
Support the Trust and Statutory Fundraiser by researching the application processes and timescales for key Statutory and Institutional funders
Support the Trust and Statutory Fundraiser in the grant management of existing statutory and institutional donors, including leading on certain aspects of current statutory and institutional grant
Seek required information and co-ordinate with international partners, including sections and regional offices in country which are delivering projects supported by Statutory and Institutional grants.
Support the Trust and Statutory Fundraiser to provide high quality Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
Support international project partners to ensure programmes are able to measure the impact of the work and learn from their findings.
Experience of fundraising for large scale programmes of work and developing project plans for statutory/institutional or trust funders.
Experience of contributing to grant management of significant gifts from a broad range of Trust or Statutory/Institutional funders such as the EU, DFID, FCO, Big Lottery Fund and Comic Relief.
Experience of compiling accurate and timely reports for funders
Experience of researching potential trust or statutory / Institutional funders and identifying key targets
Experience in analysing, compiling and editing budgetary and programmatic information for large projects, ideally involving international work and the use of complex technical document
