In this 12 Month Maternity cover you will responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of community partnerships for an ambitious childrens mental health charity.
The role will be split between researching, prospecting and developing new opportunities and account management of existing partnerships. You will manage community engagement activity with school partners, local groups and individuals.

Deliver on areas of new business research including identifying and researching prospects, managing a pipeline and developing tailored propositions.
Develop and execute the marketing of Community Fundraising activities in order to recruit new supporters to the charity.
Prepare and implement effective stewardship plans for each fundraising activity to maximise the financial potential
Provide support on community engagement and volunteering activities for community partners and work closely with our operations and schools team to manage these opportunities
Demonstrable experience of working in a community fundraising role
Experience of developing and managing a pipeline of community fundraising prospects
Experience of developing new community fundraising products
Experience of working towards financial targets and deadlines
Experience of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience of organising fundraising and engagement events
Working with a team to spot opportunities, collaborate and share ideas
