We are currently looking for a strong communicator with great customer care skills to join this growing dynamic and ambitious team at a leading childrens charity. A key part of this role will be your ability to enthusiastically engage with the organisations supporters ensuring that each interaction they have with the charity is a great experience that adds value to the relationship and drives better outcomes for children and young people, whether that be by time, money or voice.

The Charity
Have been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. They run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help, and are there for them every step of the way. They run over 100 local services that help thousands of young people who desperately need support, and campaign to get laws and policies changed to make childrens lives happier and safer.

The Role
A key part of this role will be your ability to engage with both the charitys current and potential supporters.
You will ensure that each interaction is used as an opportunity to build relationships and increase loyalty.
You will also ensure the timely and efficient handling of donations received at the office.


The Candidate
Will have a positive, can do attitude, constantly seeking to improve and add value to the supporter experience.

Also required
Experience of stewarding and engaging customers to achieve outcomes
Experience of working in a customer/supporter care environment
Excellent written and verbal customer/supporter communication skills
Experience of processing donations would be desirable
Excellent communication skills
