We are recruiting for a temporary welfare benefits specialists to work for a high profile social welfare officer , open to full time or part time hours , immediate start !
Plan, write, review and update the online welfare benefits content on the website
Respond to detailed queries regarding welfare benefits from the team, helpline and website users
Test and feedback on functionality of the benefits calculator
Extensive, up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of welfare benefits (with experience in advice or legislation)
Ability to research and interpret policy and legislation on the subject of welfare benefits
Ability to produce clear and concise information on welfare benefits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT literate and competent in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Experience in using Content Management Systems an advantage
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and part of a team
