We are recruiting for a Temporary HR Assistant for a well known hospice in East London , Immediate start !
Responsible for HR administration and the first point of contact on all routine HR matters
Provide information and basic HR advice on terms and condition of employment to managers and staff in line with policy
Ensure that Staff Handbooks and induction packs are available at all times
Manage petty cash
Open and distribute incoming mail and post outgoing mail
Manage the recruitment inbox
Advertise jobs on intranet, , internal job board and other websites when required
Key liaison person between manager, advertising agency to advertise job on appropriate external publications and recruitment agency where applicable.
Seek advice from advertising agency on possible advertising method and get managers and recruitment budget holders authorisation before advertising.
Ensure high quality and consistency of adverts and recruitment documentation before placing advertisement within national publication.
Ensure job descriptions and person specification are in the correct format and fit for purpose. Seek HR Advisors advice where required
