We are recruiting for a temporary supporter care administrator for a social welfare charity, immediate start
To develop knowledge of specific fundraising products and campaigns to resolve enquiries and fulfil requests via a range of channels
To promptly and accurately record all conversational and transactional supporter communications on the Fundraising database, in order to facilitate a comprehensive view of individual supporter relationships and ensure a clear audit trail of associated activity.
To contact supporters via different channels to welcome, motivate and build positive relationships
To escalate enquiries and requests regarding partner organisations and other areas of the business to senior members of the team to coordinate through to resolution.
Provide administrative support to the team, including sorting of incoming post, monitoring of shared inboxes, monitoring progress on our daily task list, processing of postal donation batches, triaging of supporter contact to the correct colleagues, checking postal returns against partner-organisation cover sheets and supporting on stationery monitoring and ordering, travel booking and financial purchases
To actively identify, log and escalate supporter complaints and feedback in order to contribute to improved supporter experience, increased engagement and campaign performance
To actively identify and share information regarding operational issues, in particular those impacting upon supporter experience, escalating to senior members of the team to resolve with colleagues and partner organisations
Experience in an administrative role
Experience in a customer care role
Experience of cross-functional working
Experience of income processing
Experience of processing data
Experience of working with in-house databases
Basic understanding of Data Protection legislation
Basic understanding of Gift Aid
