We are recruiting on behalf of a medical relief charity for a Finance Manager for a 12 month FTC, This role is a part time role 21.75 hours, equivalent to 3 days.
Oversee the production and filing of the Gift Aid claim
Perform all month end nominal ledger journals
Populate all reports required by Mercy Ships International
Produce the internal management accounts
Check all PO and purchase ledger invoice coding in line with approved budgets
Provide monthly expenditure statements for each budget holder
Work with the FD to produce schedules and reports for yearly Statutory audit
Approve credit card purchases and request POs as required
Other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager
5 years+ proven experience of working in a similar charity role
AAT Level 3 Educated to degree level or significant equivalent work experience
Proven experience of managing a team
Quickbooks online or similar
Experience of databases such as Donor
Excel -Vlookup ,pivot tablets
