Manage an effective and driven Corporate Partnerships Team
Manage and develop Corporate Partnerships, Corporate campaigns and projects ensuring that all fundraising opportunities are maximised and that the objectives of both client and charity are fulfilled
Develop and manage accurate annual budgets and forecasts for the Corporate Partnerships Team.
Researches, identifies and approaches prospective Corporate supporters and engage them in supporting the charity
Supports current Corporate Partners through strong account management that maximises income for the charity
Developing and nurturing a wide range of relationships internally and externally
Work with Head of Major Giving to input into Major Donor and fundraising strategy.
Maintain overall control of Corporate Partnerships Team as a whole.
Significant track record of success in achieving and exceeding set income targets from Corporates in a dynamic fundraising environment.
Proven/significant Experience of winning, negotiating and delivering Corporate Sponsorship arrangements.
Experience and evidence of selling Event Sponsorship and developing marketing partnerships.
Substantial experience of fundraising from companies or significant knowledge of the Corporate sector with a sales focus.
A flexible approach to managing and prioritising a high workload and multiple complex issues and tasks in a changing environment with tight deadlines
Proven experience of working constructively and collaboratively with colleagues from different teams
Experience of keeping up to date with and applying good practice in your role and encouraging those that you manage to do the same
Experience of successfully motivating, leading and developing high performance teams, including setting clearly defined objectives and managing performance
