Opportunity to work across Business Development and Account Management in this high performing, forward thinking team. They are in the process of looking how they work with Corporates and how they can increase income in this area with more multi year strategic partnerships.
The Company One of the UKs leading health charities is targeting a large increase in income so they can expand the work they do.
Work as part of the Business Development Team to secure new partnerships with a focus on creating and developing long term tactical and strategic partnerships
Work as part of the Account Development Team to activate, embed and deepen new partnerships
Develop and grow income to meet and exceed pre agreed targets through new and existing partnerships including Charity of the Year, strategic partnerships and sponsorships
Work closely with Regional Fundraising to develop and deliver shared value partnerships which deliver at regional and national levels across the countries of the UK
Establish strong working relationships with key contacts within partners and other organisations to ensure best practice
Keep the Head of Account Development informed of all relevant developments relating to current partnerships
Experience of securing or managing partnerships (in the charitable or private sector) worth 6+ figure sums across a variety of income streams e.g. Strategic, Charity of the Year
Experience of making presentations to secure support, either as an individual or part of a team
Experience of meeting agreed income targets
Experience of building effective working relationships
Ability to communicate effectively face to face, in writing, by email, on the telephone, including public speaking.
Ability to work as collaboratively as part of a team, contributing ideas and enthusiasm
