We are recruiting for a PA to CEO/Office Manager for a leading poverty charity, you be providing administrative/PA support to the CEO and senior management, you will need to be proactive and able to think on your feet and be very hands on as this role will be providing full support in all areas.
To provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team,
To develop and maintain databases and information systems for the SMT, including the provision of reports and data.
To provide administrative support for meetings in general, including organisation of meetings, distribution of papers and minuting of meetings.
To provide administrative support for corporate events and conferences as agreed with the CEO.
To act as secretary of the Board of Trustees and assist the Director of Finance and Resources with the administrative work associated with their role of Company Secretary.
To be responsible for the day to day management of the building ensuring the building is kept clean and in a good state of repair.
To be responsible for all building services including the liaison with external contractors and assisting the Director of Finance and Resources in the review and maintenance of all insurances.
To ensure office supplies are always in stock and to manage and monitor the budgets in relation to office services.
To provide administrative support for managers in the recruitment and support of staff according to the charitys procedures and to manage the staffing data base.
Experience of working in an administrative, secretarial or PA role
Experience of diary management
Experience of planning and organising events and meetings
Experience of using Microsoft Office to an advanced level
Experience of office or resource management
Some experience of managing personnel
