Manage and deliver committee led events, including event marketing and logistics to deliver on income targets and non-financial KPIs
Project managing the Gala Ball encompassing sales, production, logistics and all fundraising to improve net income
Analyse and evaluate all activities and special events to inform future activities and to develop and implement marketing and engagement plans to maximise renewals
Manage external event relationships with companies (event organisers, agencies) to support excellent delivery of special events, ensuring contracts are in place and adhered to
Produce promotional and support collateral for events working with designers and printers including digital marketing, and supported by the Special Events Coordinator
Plan, organise and deliver all logistical elements of special events
Manage the Event Committee Chairs and Event Committee members
Planning and budgeting for elements of programme responsible for, analysing and monitoring special events performance and ensuring evidence and learnings are informing future activity,
Proven experience of special events fundraising and a track record of success in achieving and exceeding income targets
Proven experience of working with event committees
Proven experience of project managing large scale and high-profile events with exceptional organisational skills and a knowledge of health and safety
Experience of developing and implementing new special events, event propositions and developing event collateral and creative
Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering supporter care plans with the ability to uniquely engage with high level supporters and nurture relationships
Proven experience of working constructively and collaboratively with colleagues from different teams, including experience of working with colleagues at a senior level
Experience of monitoring and managing budgets and non- financial KPIs
