We are looking for a highly organised, customer service superstar with events and database experience for this international organisation that focuses on content and events to support social change. In this role you will be the first point of contact with event participants and other key stakeholders

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks in their roles and is looking to learn and develop their skills. To provide some background one of the events this role will be supporting is the IFC, currently in its 39th year, it brings together over 1000 fundraisers and changemakers from approximately 60 countries. You will act as the main point of contact with all conference speakers, liaise with all speakers about their audio-visual requirements and other arrangements for their stay at the conference and ensure their session room requirements are met onsite. You will also schedule all sessions in the conference timetable and ensuring that personal programmes are produced for all speakers and key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner as well as respond to all email and telephone enquiries relating to conferences in a timely and effective way.
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised with a can do attitude, excellent customer service skills and be always willing to go the extra mile. Events experience is necessary.
