We are recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator for a high profile member organisation , looking for strong recruitment administration experience , immediate start !
Supporting the recruitment process across a range of of professional roles for the organisation
Ensure good practice and legal compliance are maintained and quality employees are appointed.
Work closely with managers to support the administration recruitment plans, including assessment dates, to expedite fulfilment of resourcing needs.
Support the manager with job descriptions in line with required format (for approval by Head of HR and CEO) to ensure clear accountabilities are defined and the integrity of the competency framework is maintained.
Support the administration of selection processes, recommend and design assessment methods, attend interviews and advise and support managers, to ensure high standards of assessment and legal compliance.
Implement timely and professional candidate liaison, including providing feedback, to ensure efficient and professional handling of candidates throughout the recruitment process and to maintain the Institutes external reputation.
Monitor and maintain the Vacancies Inbox and candidate tracking records to ensure timely and accurate information is maintained and applications are properly acknowledged and dealt with.
Create timely and appropriate recruitment advertisements and Candidate Information Packs in line with required formats and standards.
General HR Administration experience, Recruitment focus
Supporting administration of new starters , leavers and benefits administration
General HR Administrative skills
Minimum GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
Educated to degree level or equivalent
CIPD Level 5 (Intermediate) qualification in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
A relevant training, coaching or mentoring qualification (e.g. NVQ) would be an advantage
