With a new Individual Giving Programme in place for this amazing childrens charity, they need someone with great admin skills, exceptional communication skills, and a real organiser to help manage relationships with donors and establish a real supporter-first culture in this part time role. The role is for 20 hours per week with the days and hours of cover being flexible. Salary based on full time equivalent of 22,000.

Youll pride yourself on responding to enquiries providing excellent customer service by ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate processing of all communications from supporters by telephone, email, and letter.
Youll be one of the first points of contact for all fundraising queries, so handling all calls and emails in a sensitive and skilled manner is essential, displaying appropriate empathy and establishing rapport.
Youll understand the importance of a great CRM and the value of recording interactions with supporters, able to follow processes and procedures to make sure information is captured correctly
Youll be a fast learner, able to pick up new skills to help process donations in a timely manner, and ensure all thanking is carried out with speed and accuracy
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to show empathy, tact and diplomacy
Strong administration skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work on your own initiative with experience of delivering high quality work with minimum supervision
The ability to cope well under tight deadlines, and experience of working within a changing environment
Good experience of using CRM systems
