We are recruiting for an experienced team administrator with strong IT skills for a high profile social welfare charity . Immediate start !

The Role
Organise and maintain an up-to-date electronic diary for Heads of Department in the Individual Engagement Team and their teams as well as Assistant Director of Fundraising Individual Giving.
Arrange travel and accommodation for planned meetings both UK/Overseas and provide supporting documentation.
Undertake accurate minute taking for relevant meetings and circulate in a timely manner.
Build and maintain good relationships with internal/external stake holders.
Undertake relevant administration duties as required.
Responsible for keeping relevant Fundraising internet pages and distribution lists up to date.


The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education or equivalent experience,
Experienced of providing administrative and secretarial support, including minute taking and diary management.
Experience of databases and MS office
