Opportunity to lead the Corporate team in creating and developing a strategy to maximise income from Corporates.

Develop and implement the Corporate Partnerships Team three year and annual budget and strategy, reflecting best practice in new business prospect identification, cultivation and solicitation and in account management of corporate partnerships.
Lead on the New Business strategy, including preparation of new prospect pipeline list and delivery of a portfolio of major corporate prospect
Play a lead role in pitches and conducting negotiations with corporate funders.
Lead on the development and writing of corporate propositions, pitches and corporate offerings for new and current partners.
Build and manage a pipeline of long-term, high-value, and industry-admired partnerships with organisations that can deliver income & engagement
Lead on developing a high quality range of products and materials to engage with corporate partners.
Oversee the effective account management of corporate partnerships, ensuring net income is maximised, a high level of customer service is achieved and media/PR opportunities are delivered.
Experience of leading and managing a team and ensuring they are motivated and deliver agreed targets
Significant experience and understanding of best practice in corporate fundraising
A demonstrable track record of both securing and providing effective account management of large corporate partnerships and donations, demonstrating financial acumen to identify and develop partnerships.
Experience and a track record of successfully developing high level relationships within corporate partnerships
Experience of developing strategies
Experience of setting income and expenditure budgets, and of reporting performance against budgets, taking corrective action where necessary.
