We are looking for a grants administrator for a wonderful arts charity to administer scholarships and co-ordinate grant allocation for the charity.
A small arts charity who provide training and education of talented and aspiring craftspeople helping to sustain vital skills in traditional and contemporary crafts.
Administer the application processes for Scholarships which includes scheduling and timelines, processing applications, liaison with skills/industry advisors and trustees, scheduling assessment/marking and interviews
Act as the main point of contact for web site and database (Sales force) developers, where it relates to the application processes
Co-ordinate the grant allocation/donor matching processes, liaising with the fundraising and finance teams
Promote the Scholarship Programmes (liaising with the Communications Executive) to ensure sufficient and appropriate applicants for each round of applications
Update content on the web site as required (e.g. creating Alumni profiles for new Scholars and Apprentices and Frequently Asked Questions
Previous experience in Grants administration
Good level of numeracy and literacy
Computer literate with experience of Excel and MS Office suite
Database experience e.g. Salesforce (desirable)
Experience with Content Management Systems e.g. WordPress (desirable)
Organised and methodical approach with superb attention to detail
