In this new role you will deliver a new information architecture for the new website and ensure that relevant content is created or re-purposed to support user journeys.

Work with the Digital team and other teams to rebuild and rewrite the information for the new website
Develop a new information architecture for the new website, with a focus on the health information, based on the insights from user research
Lead on all user testing for the new website
Work to re-purpose and develop content to be delivered via a newly created email tool
Use analytics and insight to develop content for the tool
Ensure the content delivered by the tool integrates with the charitys other digital services
Manage the overall digital content strategy for the new website
Experience of delivering channel-specific digital content strategies
Experience of delivering user-focussed and evidence-based digital content across multiple channels
Experience of large-scale information-rich website redesign projects
Experience of managing digital content and production for a large, information-rich website Experience of Google Analytics
Experience of knowledge of SEO
Experience of content management systems
