We are looking for a temporary, experienced Major Giving Co-ordinator with excellent written and verbal communication skills to work for a leading music charity
Be the first point of contact for the Major Giving team via telephone or email
Working on the database (ThankQ), conduct research on all major giving prospects and update their records
Conduct research e.g. competitor analysis for current strategy work
Record notes from all major donor meetings conducted by senior fundraising staff and executive team
Work alongside the Head of Major Giving on the events calendar assisting with duties including managing guest lists, creating information packs for staff and assisting at the events
Liaise with other internal teams as necessary to gather information for current projects
Administrative experience at senior level, ideally within a fundraising team
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Database experience, ideally with a mainstream fundraising programme
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
